Cancellations: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid penalties.   Late Cancellations (Less than 24 hours): Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the full service fee being charged. This fee must be paid before booking a new appointment. No Shows: A no call/no show will result in you no longer being able to book with Nail Creationz By Ne. Late Arrivals: A 10-minute grace period is allowed with a fee.     •    If you arrive within the grace period, a $15 late fee will apply.     •    If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and the full service fee will be due before rebooking.     •    Continued lateness or last minute cancellations may result in being removed from the booking system. Client Courtesy: If I am late to your appointment more than 15 minutes, without prior notice, I will adjust your total by $15 as a courtesy for your time.
